About
When you train in Reiki you join a lineage of practice passed down from teacher to student all that way back to Mikao Usui, the 19th-century Japanese founder of Reiki. Reiki is a practice of ‘hands on’ meditation that draws our intention inward to for greater relaxation, self-knowledge, compassion, and greater well-being.
Duration
Training begins over one day and then continues with a follow-up session a month later.
